We have the whole next week off. Tomorrow we'll be celebrating my grandpa's 95th birthday.

Wow
It's hard for me to believe that it is half way through February. Track starts up in two weeks. I spent the weekend at a conference. I got to meet Andre Phillips, 1988 Olympic Gold Medalist in the 400 hurdles, who is now a high school principal. He was teaching several of the sessions. At one he called a few of his friends to get pointers for us. So I now have pointers from Mike Powell(world record holder long jumper) and Alice Brown (1984 100m silver medalist). It was cool. Willie Banks will be there next year.

That sounds awesome to meet an Olympic athlete! Neat! Wow, track does start soon. I hope you have a great team this year.
